Mindy DeRose DMA, MBATD

Mindy DeRose was born in Toronto, Ontario. She received her dance training at Annemarie's Dance Academy. She is skilled in many forms of dance including Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Acrobatics and Lyrical.

Mindy began dancing at the age of 3. She received her Associate British Association of Teachers of Dancing in Stage at the age 16 and her Member B.A.T.D at the age of 18. She has also received her Dance Masters of America Acrobatics certificate.

Mindy has competed across Canada and the United States where she has had the privilege of dancing on the Showstopper National television show. She has travelled to New York City, Las Angeles, Florida and Myrtle Beach where she has had the privilege of meeting and dancing with Jayson Wright, Chio, Rhapsody and Sheryl Murakami.

Mindy's passion and love for dance combined with her constant enthuasiasm and charisma towards her students creates a positive and successful classroom environment.
